- Stephen Fry: To regard it as being like the weather. It's not your responsibility that it's raining, but it is real when it rains, and the fact that it's raining does not mean that the rain is never going to stop. The only thing to do is to believe that, one day, it won't be raining and accept it so you can find a mental umbrella to shield yourself from the worst. The sun will eventually come up.

Jason Mraz prompted his followers to tweet a photo, via Instagram, of something they wouldn’t give up on. Since my newest battle with MS, there have been hundreds of things I need to remind myself not to give up. It shouldn’t be this hard, right? It should be natural to embrace the road we call life, and find abundance everywhere we seek. But sometimes, when it’s really dark, you have to really search for the light anywhere you can find it. I hope this inspires someone in the dark to turn a little light on. And when you find it, pass it on…
